About Phil_Len_rugby

I spent 34 years in aviation as air traffic controller to then join Eurocontrol Network Manager in 1999 until today. My career drove me in different environments, from operations to ultimately to the regulatory domain and policy making. I went through different intergovernmental institutions, European Commission, SESAR etc.
I am strongly involved in rugby since 2008, at international level with EPCR, World Rugby, TOP14_LNR, Rugby Europe.
